3. Click on the "RID Member Benefit Question" Survey

4. Question: Would a discount on comprehensive health insurance be benefit that you would take advantage of if offered by RID?

    Answers (Multiple Choice):

    A. Yes, I am currently in the market for health insurance

    B. No, I already have health insurance from another source

    C. Maybe, depending on the cost

5. Click submit
